You are clipping your daughters toenails, and the nail flies into your eye and you can't get it out.
(It's VERY painful....I'm now blind in one eye, but I guess that's what you get for making sure your kids look presentable for church!)

I am so sorry you are having a rough day! You might need to go have your eye washed out. Hang in there! The sun always comes up tomorrow and gives us another go at it.

I am sorry but that is absolutely hilarious! Yes, definitely painful, but also one of those priceless parent moments.
I've totally done that, and more than once!
